For most Arkansans, early voting can be done at their local county clerk’s office from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday & 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday. If a voter’s address or name has changed, it can be updated during the early voting process.

Another issue before the court is a challenge to the amendment's ballot language. Protect Arkansas Kids, a ballot question committee opposed to the amendment, argues the ballot title and popular name, language to describe the measure on the ballot, is misleading.

West Memphis Mayor Marco McClendon said Thursday evening because of the court's ruling, there will be two early voting locations in West Memphis.
