Robert Roberson to appear before Texas House via Zoom, lawyers say it will 'completely handicap' him
Roberson’s attorney, Gretchen Sween, objected to the decision. Roberson, who has spent more than 20 years in solitary confinement and has been diagnosed with autism, will struggle to communicate through a video-streaming platform like Zoom, Sween stated in a letter to the Texas House Judiciary and Civil Jurisprudence Committee.
